Friday 5th June – Briefing Night

7pm – Dinner is available from 5 pm in the Olympic Bar. AWKR briefing night at the Australian Women’s Keelboat Regatta is not just about getting essential race information; it’s also a great opportunity to join up with your crew and meet other competitors. During the night you’ll hear about essential regatta information from local weather experts, AWKR Race Officer, protest committee team, and more. Skippers will be presented with skipper and crew shirts and crew bags.

Saturday 6th June – Crew Dinner PLACES ARE LIMITED

Sunday 7th June – Boat Buoy Yard Party!

Get ready to party and mingle at the BoatBuoy Yard Party during the Australian Women’s Keelboat Regatta!
The BoatBuoy Yard Party is the ultimate celebration of sailing and camaraderie, where sailors, supporters, and enthusiasts come together for an unforgettable night. Join us at the vibrant BoatBuoy Yard, where the atmosphere is alive with laughter, music, and the joy of being surrounded by fellow sailing enthusiasts. It’s the perfect setting to relax, unwind, and connect with old friends and new faces.

Monday 8th June – Presentation Function
4 pm – Join us for a special moment of celebration and recognition at the AWKR Presentation, the highlight of the regatta’s closing festivities!
The AWKR Presentation is an opportunity to acknowledge the achievements, dedication, and sportsmanship of all the incredible sailors who participated in the event. While we may not dress up formally, the atmosphere is filled with pride, excitement, and a sense of accomplishment.
Gather with fellow competitors, supporters, and event organizers as we come together to applaud the remarkable accomplishments of the regatta. This casual yet meaningful presentation allows us to reflect on the challenges overcome, the friendships formed, and the shared experiences that have enriched our sailing journeys.
